Jabiru currently holds tenements in Western Australia and Victoria that are considered highly prospective for copper-zinc-lead-silver-gold rich volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) deposits. High grade examples of this style of deposit are targeted by Jabiru as they have the potential to be highly profitable over a long period of time. Examples of this can be seen at Golden Grove (W.A.) and Rosebery (Tas.) where base and precious metal production has been ongoing over a long period of time.
