	Gary Comb Managing Director of Jabiru Gary has over 30 years in the Australian mining industry, both with mining companies and in mining contractor roles. The majority of Gary’s mining experience has been in gold. Prior to leading the development and commissioning of the Jaguar operation for Jabiru, Gary held senior leadership and operational roles for BGC Contracting (Western Australia’s largest privately owned and integrated mining and civil contractor), St Barbara Mines, MacMahons and Metana Minerals.

	Scott Donaldson Chief Operations Officer Scott has successfully managed the development from pre-feasibility to construction, commissioning and production of five mines over the last 12 years. With over 20 years experience in the mining industry in Australia and New Zealand, he has worked as a consultant, mine operator and a mining contractor with a variety of minerals including gold, nickel, copper, zinc and lead sulphides, copper oxides, coal and chromite. He has spent the last 13 years in a variety of senior management positions with Dominion Mining, Theiss Contractors, Western Metals, Tectonic Resources and Consmin.

	Neil Martin Exploration Manager Neil has over 20 years experience in the mineral exploration industry with a particular emphasis on volcanic terrains and VHMS deposits. He completed a PhD at the University of Tasmania with a research project entitled “Genesis of the Rosebery Massive Sulphide Deposit Tasmania”. Neil has worked in most parts of Australia and in Mongolia and has direct experience of all aspects of mineral exploration operations.

	Padraig O'Donoghue Chief Financial Officer Padraig is a Chartered Accountant and joined Jabiru in 2009 from Consolidated Rutile Limited where he was Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of that ASX-listed minerals sands miner. Padraig started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Vancouver, Canada before moving to the Ministry of Energy and Mines, British Columbia Canada and then to major gold miners Placer Dome and Barrick Gold where he worked for 10 years in a range of roles including Commercial Manager of Barrick’s Paddington, Kundana and Kanowna operations in Western Australia.
